Discover Hotelpass is Britain's leading hotel voucher accommodation programme for independent travellers who enjoy the freedom to travel anywhere in Britain and Ireland, staying at any one of our featured participating hotels.

• Every participating hotel is featured in the full colour Discover Hotelpass Directory and on the Discover Travel & Tours web sites, giving huge international exposure.
• There is no pricing in the Directory or on the web sites as this is a single price voucher programme with the retail price of the open Discover Hotelpass vouchers set in local currency by the 200+ tour operators featuring the programme and is often bundled with car hire and other services.
• Discover Hotelpass is a year round programme.
• The average length of stay in each hotel is two nights.
• Go-As-You-Please bookings are always on a request availability basis so are ideal for filling those late vacancies.

Visitors planning a trip to Britain and Ireland purchase the Discover Hotelpass vouchers from the overseas tour operator brochure at their local travel agent for the number of nights they wish to stay and then the clients themselves make bookings with the individual hotels featured in the Discover Hotelpass Directory, either via our dedicated Discover Hotelpass web site or by calling the hotel direct a couple of nights prior to arrival.

• There is one fixed standard voucher rate which is valid all year, which Discover Travel & Tours pays every hotel for accommodation and full breakfast on a per person per night basis.
• All extra services and meals are payable directly to the hotel.
• Supplements are payable for single rooms and upgrade supplements are available for superior quality hotels. All supplements are paid direct to the hotel by the guest.
• Many bookings are made within just a few days of arrival so filling any late vacancies but an allocation of one or two rooms will increase the level of pre-booked business that the hotel will receive from this programme by a minimum of 30%.
• Payment is prompt - Payments are made every 28 days, directly to a bank account, for all Discover Hotelpass guest nights. An itemised remittance advice is emailed/faxed each time a payment is made.
• Joining fee - there is a small charge - equivalent to just four nights accommodation - for the entry In the Discover Hotelpass Directory and web sites, which can be deducted from the first business placed at the hotel. Discounts are available for pre payment.
