Our policy on quality management.
All bed and breakfasts must hold a current tourist board grading certificate, or be inspected by Discover Travel & Tours under our own quality control criteria. We investigate each and every customer service issue that may arise fairly and with open communication to our suppliers.
All Premier B&B's must hold a current tourist board grading certificate, or be inspected by Discover Travel & Tours under our own quality control criteria. We investigate each and every customer service issue that may arise fairly and with open communication to our suppliers.
All Inns must hold a current tourist board, AA or RAC grading.
All Hotels must hold a minimum 3 star standard (current tourist board, AA or RAC).
